Casey Anthony Found Not Guilty of 1st-Degree Murder, Acquitted of Manslaughter in Daughter's Death

A verdict already? That was fast. Betcha guilty on all counts.

Watch..ALL 12 jurors will come intot he interview room..they will say the evidence was overwhelming, and they were all agreed..I wrote yesterday that they could have done this in 5 minutes, but felt they had to take "some" time..to look like they deliberated..

I am about to cry because of poor little Caylee. I think this is the first time that it has hit me that her ‘mother’ just might get the justice she deserves!

I bet there is a whole child pimping ring in the area, and Casey would be a link that should have led to them. An "accident" of too much chloroform being used in this type of situation sounds really plausable, and even the placement of duct tape could be explained as it could have been used to muffle the cries or screams of a child being used in such disgusting ways.

Casey's demeanor, although shocking and inhumane in relation to her daughter's death, is also, probably because she is scared to death of the people behind the child pimping. Who knows what they might have threatened...killing her parents, brother, friends, etc. if she mentiones her involvement with them. And, of course, having her own name exposed in relationship to such horrid practices. That is probably more important to her than anything...just having people know the truth about how she used her daughter in such a disgusting, immoral way just to make money is something she does not want told.

Maybe. But after over a month of this nightmare I doubt it. I would want to get a unanimous verdict at whatever level of charges and turn it over to the judge and go home. We will see if emotion or logic ruled the day. If murder 1 it is a good indicator Obama will be re-elected.

My educated guess is that the verdict will be guilty on all counts. It is a certainty that the majority of the jurors would vote guilty (as 95% of the rest of America) so if there were any jurors favoring acquittal, the rest of the jurors would take days and days to wear them down.

I was on a murder trial myself a few years ago (as a juror) and within a couple of hours of reviewing the evidence, we took a poll and only one of the jurors did not vote guilty the first time around. It took us a couple more days to pound away at the evidence before that last juror finally came around. But no way were we just walking out of there without a fight to set a killer free just because we didn't have unanimous agreement at the get-go. If we had to fight for the guilty verdict for weeks or deadlock, that's what we would have done.

Time for the defendant to modify that tattoo of hers. It is not going to be a beautiful life for her.

I was struck by the number of childless, unmarried people on the jury.

I’m guessing that the jury all had instances in their life where they wanted to murder their kids and probably felt sorry for Casey.....what else could it be?
