Voter #1 in my precinct!

I live in a predominantly white neighborhood. 40% of the early voters were black.

Folks, don’t assume the black vote will be low today. Get out there and vote!

First in line in District 2 New London CT. VERY blue neighborhood yet an astounding lack of Obama voters. Out the door by 6:07. Everything seemed to be working well.

Getting ready for this wonderful day; washing hair; singing in the shower—We’re going to wash that man right out of our hair...

Obama voters wake up around noon. 

"Yup once they have to drag themselves up to go pick up welfare or food stamps or the cops raid the house."

There was a historic turnout of black voters in places like Gary and Fort Wayne in 2008 and that led O to eke out a narrow victory in Republican Indiana.

That’s not going to happen this year.

Just returned from voting. Some local newsgal, pollster, whatever asked me as I came out “ Are you here to vote?” I said ‘Duh, I’ve waited four years for this moment.’ “May I ask who you voted for?” ‘Sure. Romney.’ “ Was that because you are racist as some people are saying for motivation?” I said ‘ Not at all. I hate his white half too.’ The look on her face was worth the whole episode.

 North Stafford County, Virginia: Polls opened at 6 AM. My wife and I got in a LONG line at 6:35 AM, the temperature is 27 degrees. It took 25 minutes as the Poll workers were very efficient and got people through without any troubles.

My only disappointment was the line was nearly half full of Negroes and south of the border types (who have migrated from Prince William County after they enacted tough immigrant laws). Stafford County was, and always has been a bastion of conservatism but now so many liberals from the northern counties and Maryland have infested us I fear for the outcome.

I am hoping this was the anomaly and that the rest of the day has conservatives coming in after they get off work (I took a few days of use-or-lose vacation time just for the vote).

My daughter will be voting for Romney/Ryan when she awakens (24 year old lazy slug :-) ) and her boyfriend, a Marine Reservist, will drive up from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond to vote after his classes end this afternoon. There are at least four votes for freedom right there.

Massive turnout in MA. Listening to talk radio here. Callers in most towns are reporting 100-200 deep lines at 6:30 AM.

These are the biggest lines I can remember. I’m 50. A caller said that the last time he saw lines this long was Reagan in ‘80. I voted for Reagan in ‘80, but I don’t remember the lines.

I voted at 6:30 in a town of 7000. There was no line, but the parking lot was full. Our town is 2:1 Republican to Communist.

 Looking now at intrade.com odds that give Obama a 71% (and climbing) chance of winning. WTH is going on there? Is this liberal manipulation? I believe you can’t wager on this site with U.S. bank account, so it could reflect a European spin.

It was a little heavier than usual in my Republican county, but I live in a DEEP BLUE state so it doesn’t matter. However some ballet questions made me come out to vote.
GO ROMNEY!

 A white reporter with some stones should slip on a Romney/Ryan shirt and try to walk past the pampers into the polling place...gauge the reaction. (Of course, if the reporter isn’t ‘taken out’, remember to turn that shirt inside out...don’t want to get called out for electioneering.)

 I just voted in west Omaha at the Jewish Community Center. There was about a 15 minute wait to vote and the lady working the ballot box said people were lined up when they opened. This is a predominantly white area of town and everybody voting was white.

Just voted in blue county in Iowa (Story county, home of Iowa State U).

Very few people in line (less than 10). But then again, these blue folks don’t tend to get up till later in the morning.

 I’m a big republican my wife is a big democrat her whole family is. One rule in my house no politics ever. We went to vote together today when she got off work at 7am. After we voted and got back in the car she looked at me and said I just want to talk politics real quick and let you know I voted for mitt romney. I almost fainted. And she voted for josh mandell the republican running for senate against sherrod brown. I couldn’t freaking believe it. She’s a huge democrat and we don’t talk politics because it leads to fights. She said obama and brown had their chance and they just made things worse so its time for something new. I’m very proud of my wife today.

 Yes prayers up for mitt romney today. I humbly ask for the Lord’s blessings to install new leadership in our country. With God all things are possible.

 I had to wait in line to vote today. I’m 41. I’ve never waited in line to vote my whole voting life. I heard most republicans wait till election day to vote like I always do and if that’s the case then republicans are out in big numbers I’ve never seen in my area. Hope that’s great news for romney today. God obama needs to go so badly for this countrys sake. I’m very new here but loving it.

I live in California and won’t vote until I get home from work this evening... but I have an interesting observation...

At work, there is a extraordinary amount of RED clothing being worn today. This was not planned in any way, but I’m seeing many men wearing red shirts and ladies wearing red blouses.

I was standing in my closet this morning trying to figure out what to wear, when I decided, “screw it, I’m wearing RED” to support the GOP. Apparently, many others had the same thought.

 NWNJ....was out at 5:30 this AM getting coffee and a snack...poll opened at 6am, voting was interesting, had a pretty good crowd 120 or so, considering the cool weather and hour...automatic Odungo voters 2.

 My wife and I just nailed the sucker and I let out my usual 0b00000000z00000 shout at an earshot of many. We never looked back to see the communist reaction in this hotbed of crap!

 I just came from my precinct. There were about 100 people in line to vote when a young man came in wearing an Obama t-shirt. I asked one of the poll workers about it as I thought it was against the rules. The poll worker, an older gentleman,said he’d check it out. The young man’s physical attitude was one of defiance, he appeared to be one of Omaha’s four, count ‘em four, occupy-ers. The poll worker conferred with another then asked the young man to remove the shirt. He wasn’t happy but did eventually comply. All this in the very red state of Nebraska and in a dark red precinct.

 Hope my neighbors are ready for the launching of cheap Chineese explosives into the air tonight once it’s called...

My wife has been a die hard Democrat, voting for O’bummer in 2008 and contributing to his campaign in 2008. She informed me that she voted for Mitt as long as I would keep it secret and not tell her friends!

I was sick and tired of all the Democrat and O’Bummer fundraising calls this election. Luckily I got to sort the mail and all the requests for $$ went right into the trash. I finally came up with a whole list of reason why I was disappointed with O’Bummer and supported Romney and went through it in answer to their requests for money on the phone.

The funniest one was when I informed a Southern black man who was soliciting $$ for O’Bummer that both Martin Luther King Jr and his father were registered Republicans most of their lives as the Republicans were the party that defended the blacks against the Southern Democrats and ended slavery.

 My gut says that Obama will not get the Young Vote like he did four years ago. When my husband and I went to vote at 10:30am... there was not one young voter in line (18-30). Yes, these youngins could still be sleeping and yes, this could be a fluke but not one young voter in a long line? It was much different four years ago when masses of young voters got out to vote.
