If you haven't heard about John Derbyshire's recent article "The Talk: Nonblack Version", then a good summary is here at the New Yorker. If you're too lazy to click the link, basically there was an article recently called The Talk that addressed the day every black parent sits down and tells their child about race. Derbyshire has responded with this piece, which claims that "Intelligent, Well-Socialized Blacks" are a rare commodity, and that black people are on the whole less intelligent than other races.
The article itself is at Taki's Magazine, but its popularity (or shall I say notoriety) appears to have crashed the site.
Did you include in your talk that there are in 2007, 400,000 violent attacks by Los Negros against Los Blancos but only 50,000 vice versa. And since they comprise just 13 percent of the population ....they are about 40 times as violent against Los Blancos than would be expected. .....or how about 14000 sexual assualts by Los Negros against White Women and NO SEXUAL ASSUALTS BY WHITES AGAINST BLACK WOMEN.....from “Suicide of a Superpower”.

I’m sure his article is an angry response to the nonsense articles about how all young black men get the lecture on how to behave to avoid arousing paranoia in whites.
In the 90s, I spent a night in a Humvee with a black guy monitoring the radio traffic for a military exercise. Since it was hard to stay awake, we talked. He said he had 2 brothers whose only restraint on murdering me for being white would be getting away with it. He had one brother, fresh out of prison, who he said would kill me if I came to his house even as a guest of his.
That was why he joined the military - he said he figured staying in St Louis would eventually land him in prison, and he didn’t dislike anyone (very true - he was one of the nicest guys you could ask to meet).

Off topic, I guess, but that reminds me of an experience I had. I often had to shop at a major chain retailer, in Jersey City, and I always came out in a meltdown because of the mind blowing stupidity and rudeness of their staff. Mostly black and hispanic I imagine, but not entirely.
Well, I was there one day and the cashier (black) had such exquisite manners that I walked out in a state of complete shock. She didn’t even help me in any particular way, she was just so POLITE. My beeber was so stuned I even forgot to thank her! I’m pretty sure she was from down South, even though she didn’t have any kind of strong accent. And she probably thought I was just another rude Yankee.
I hope working at that place didn’t ruin her manners, and that she was soon on to bigger and better things.

The negative indicators for the black kids from these well-off families are higher than those from poorer white families, in that the poorer white kids commit less crime, drop out less, have higher SAT scores, etc,
The black kids also do worse than their parents in testing-”regression to the mean”. Google it, it’s explains a lot, especially as concerns “white flight” from neighborhoods.

Here's my record: two home invasions-- one a robbery when I was out and the other foiled by my screaming when someone came in through the front window, one mugging on the street, one gunpoint mugging in my car when stopped at a cross street, and three robberies from our home by neighborhood kids we were trying to mentor. All black on white.
We finally had to give up on trying to mentor, innocent as they were when little. As soon as they hit 12, forget it. When I went to talk to their mother about the stealing, she said, "What do you want me to do about it?" (Indignance.)
I said, "You're their mother. You can teach them not to steal, that it may lead to a life of crime and imprisonment. I've explained that to them, but it would mean more coming from you."
Her reply: "Do what I do -- put them out of your house."

(Vanity) Info that has been omitted from Trayvon Martin Shooting that I would like to know:
I've been trying to avoid this topic as I've done several posts on this, but both the inept OP and the awful racist comments made this thread a priority.

My basic question is: What was Trayvon doing in the gated community where he was shot?
Was he cutting through the neighborhood on his way home? He was obviously on foot ... where's the proximity to his house?
Was he on his way to visit friends? Surely, you would have thought one of his friends would have come forward to say he had just spoke to him on his cell phone and he would be over shortly.
Was he on his way to purchase 'weed' or hook up with somebody? (as 90% of his tweets either extoll the virtues of weed or refer to his desire to ####)
Where was he coming from?

He was temporarily living inside that “gated community” either with his father, or his father’s girlfriend — depending on which report you read. He was serving a suspension from school. So basically it appears that he was an unfamiliar face on the street at a time when kids his age are usually in school. This is the kind of thing that arouses suspicion.

He was headed to his father GF house, in the gated community. It's reported that he died about 100 feet / 100 yards from the dwelling he was staying at.
His girlfriend claims that she was on the phone with him sometime between the time Zimmerman spotted him (Trayvon was aware he was being watched), up to what she claims is the start of the physical altercation. She reports the call ended before any gunshot.

My question. Since burglaries by black youth had been a problem, why would parents allow a young person unfamiliar in the community walk alone? Surely one could drive or accompany him.

Before Trayvon was suspended for the 3rd time (for 10 days) from his school, he lived 3.5 hours away. Because of the most recent suspension, it was the judgement of Trayvon’s mother that Trayvon should stay with his father during this sudden “vacation”.
Trayvon’s father is lucky enough to sponge off of a woman who lives in a gated community (I don’t know the race of that woman, and many freeps will noisily averr that it doesn’t matter).
So Trayvon (who was busted at school for having burglar tools) was in this gated community to stay with his moocher father.
And this was a community that had a sudden number of burglaries, enough to energize a liberal, Democrat-registered Jewish Puerto Rican.
Was Trayvon **responsible** for the burglaries?
I don’t know that, but I would be interested to know if l’il Tray was shon on day 1 of the suspension, or day 10. Because if he had been in the neighborhood for 10 days, then that would be a reasonable amount of time in which to restart his burglary hobby.

1. Where in the project does the father/girlfriend live? Where is the 7/11? What is the proximity, and was it clear Trayvon was just going to and back?
2. If he bought stuff, where’s the record he did so at the 7/11? You would think they would have a sales record. Also security camera should show him buying the stuff.
3. Why didn’t he have any i.d. when he was killed, so he was reported as a “John Doe”? Wouldn’t someone normally have a wallet if they were going to buy something? Wouldn’t that wallet normally have some sort of i.d.?
4. What about that bus driver he supposedly beat up? Has anyone looked for the guy?

Funny thing about Martin's conduct. He noticed he was being observed, so he stares at Zimmerman (who is in his car/truck/SUV whatever). Then he comes closer, sticks his hand in his waistband. Stares some more. Zimmerman is relating all this over the phone to Sanford PD. Then Martin takes off running, and manages to lose Zimmerman.

To administer a beat down. He (Martin) was close to home (100, 200 yards, maybe closer), and could have just gone home, with Zimmerman none the wiser.

If Trayvon had acted with humility and decency and politeness, would he be alive today?
A) If Zimmerman had been rude and racist to him - what are you doing in this neighborhood, you blankety-blank? - and Trayvon had said, “I’m visiting friends/ my father, sir. May I ask who you are?” and then walking to the father’s place and somehow reporting the racist who had verbally accosted him, would he be alive?
b) If Zimmerman had been kind to him but concerned - young man, do you have business in this area? - and Trayvon had answered politely, would he be alive?
In other words, Trayvon’s death is 100% attributed to HIS OWN ACTIONS. Parents, teach your teens to be polite no matter how others treat them. Deal with bad people later. Be polite on the street.

The game started at 7 PM EST—so that would mean halftime—with commercials, timeouts, etc wouldn’t have started until 8 or so.
Saint Skittles was shot around 7:20—that means he was on his way back from the store and almost home, encountering Zimmerman 40-45 min before halftime.

the 3-day story is incorrect, you need to get better information. This rumor has it origins in the fact that the police booked Martin’s body as a John Doe and apparently made zero effort to identify him. So the father had to file a missing person’s report the next morning to find out his son was dead. Like the rumor going around here the other day that Martin was shot at 3am (which is when the police report was FILED) this is the kind of bad info that is easily checked before repeating. Its important to do so because when you blindly repeat untrue rumors it looks like you have an agenda. Let the Libs distort the facts, we need nothing but the truth to win our arguments
I’ve done criminal law, in Chicago no less, and literally defended some of the true scum of the earth (Latin Kings, Gangster Disciples, etc) Having worked with real “thugs” in genuine “hoods” you have no idea how ridiculous you sound trying to apply their psychology to this middle-class kid living in a gated community in Florida( AND BTW you badly misunderstand the mind of street-rat. FBI probe shooting death of Trayvon Martin by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman
I've been holding off on this story for a few days, because FR hasn't been discussing it that much, and when they are it's about how many murders are being ignored for not being about race. But this one actually got quite a few comments.
Will the FBI pretend that Zimmerman is “white” too?

A "Million Hoodie March" (not kidding) is being held in NYC to support the victim's family. I think the Obama Regime is desperate to get any kind of momentum going after a dismal month, so they've decided that playing the race card is the best way to do it. The racism part is being played up as the result of a recording of the 911 call the perp made shortly before the shooting happened, in which many claim to hear Zimmerman say "f***ing coons". But after listening to the recording several times, it sounds to me like he said "punks", which he also said earlier in the call. Is the guy guilty of murder? Probably. Of racism? Black Communist's Regurgitated Dream Is Cause For Left Wing Birthday Celebration As Google Logo
I should have done this one last Monday.
On too many occasions Google has forgone any effort to bring to the forefront of American conscience events in our nation's history, steeped in the patriotic lore that Americans look upon with great pride and achievement. It has happened repeatedly over the years Google in its overwhelming ability to set the cultural agenda having scrupulously followed the liberal left-wing approach in what aspect of our history are we permittted to feel right about and what is verboten as national identity in the things we celebrate about America, being Americans.
In all the years I've been aware of the way Google facilitates the politicization of its logo, I have yet to see one as unrestrained, and over the top as demonsrated by Google's logo in homage to the Black Communist fornicator's Birthday Holiday.
Today America celebrates the birthday of a Communist, rabble-rousing fornicator, not merely 'fornicator' by the means in which he repeatedly unconsionably violated the trust, of his sacred marital vows, but much more so as political fornicator as facilitating destructive force against America.
The horrific irony is that King's dream live on, his legacy remains active and in full swing, not in the guise of the social equality he had sought to reenginer to benefit his people but in the disturbingly same guise of America-hating, Communist fornicator we see taking up residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Obama: I’m being vilified just like MLK, Jr.
Summary: At a fundraiser in New York, Obama likened his efforts to reform government to those of Andrew Cuomo, but then Obama also compared what he was going through to the trials and tribulations of Martin Luther King, Jr. (via Sam Foster):

Spiderman Dead? Morales Born?
Summary: Apparently one new Spiderman is going to be a half black, half latino guy. Some of the articles I read suggested that the new ultimate universe spiderman was also gay, but I can't tell if that's true or not.

Slavery language in the marriage pledge

Summary: In a now famous Marriage Pledge, signed by presidential candidates Bachmann and Santorum, one conservative group sought to define marriage between a man and a woman. However, one controversial passage in the preamble raised some eyebrows:
"Slavery had a disastrous impact on African-American families, yet sadly a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA?s first African-American President."
The social conservative group has retracted that language. Bachmann defended it earlier this weekend.
I am so pissed about this retraction. I have been on Facebook all day defending this clear language that DID NOT say that black children were better off under slavery. Now they retract it. Ridiculous!

Some slave manned plantations had more liberal (in a good sense) policies and allowed their slaves to have side businesses and to buy themselves free. Some allowed marriages and families that were preserved as a group. This was due to Christian morality, which some masters honored more than others depending on their personal convictions.

Children born into slavery could be separated from their mothers and sold from the moment they were born, could be beaten or whipped, could be worked to exhaustion or death, could be starved, and could be raped. And sometimes they were - that's what slavery is all about. The notion that all this is "better off" than today's conditions is both ridiculous and offensive.

This entire episode is a case study in why conservatives (and conservatism) loses in the public forum of ideas.
1. Conservative group or person makes a controversial statement (such as the suggestion that black children enjoyed more stable “families” under slavery than in many situations today - a statement which has the ring of truth).

3. The conservative person or group goes wobbly, starts trying to “clarify” his/her/their remarks.
4. The left screams louder.
5. The conservative person or group “apologizes” and retracts his/her/their earlier remarks. The “retraction” has no bearing to the fact that the remarks are based on truth. Rather, it comes with ONE reason: to “save face” and to stop the screaming.
When are conservatives going to stand up to the screamers and say, “I said what I meant and meant what I said, I’m NOT sorry, I’m NOT going to apologize, and I’m NOT going to take back what I said, for truth is truth.” ????

Some slave manned plantations had more liberal (in a good sense) policies and allowed their slaves to have side businesses and to buy themselves free. Some allowed marriages and families that were preserved as a group. This was due to Christian morality, which some masters honored more than others depending on their personal convictions.

Children born into slavery could be separated from their mothers and sold from the moment they were born, could be beaten or whipped, could be worked to exhaustion or death, could be starved, and could be raped. And sometimes they were - that's what slavery is all about. The notion that all this is "better off" than today's conditions is both ridiculous and offensive.

This entire episode is a case study in why conservatives (and conservatism) loses in the public forum of ideas.
1. Conservative group or person makes a controversial statement (such as the suggestion that black children enjoyed more stable “families” under slavery than in many situations today - a statement which has the ring of truth).
2. The left screams “racism”, or, what-have-you.
3. The conservative person or group goes wobbly, starts trying to “clarify” his/her/their remarks.
4. The left screams louder.
5. The conservative person or group “apologizes” and retracts his/her/their earlier remarks. The “retraction” has no bearing to the fact that the remarks are based on truth. Rather, it comes with ONE reason: to “save face” and to stop the screaming.
When are conservatives going to stand up to the screamers and say, “I said what I meant and meant what I said, I’m NOT sorry, I’m NOT going to apologize, and I’m NOT going to take back what I said, for truth is truth.” ????

The other argument is this....Not that the black folks are totally responsible for abortion in this country, however as a group they had the power to prevent many/most of the 60 million plus abortions that have taken place.
Same can be said of American Catholics, they also had the power as a group to prevent the aprox 60 million abortions that have taken place.
Also Black`s/Catholics both have blood on their hands, not just for abortion, but gay marriage, having prayer and God`s Word removed from public square etc.
For full disclosure RINO WASP`s etc that have voted Democrat or for moderate Republicans etc, also have blood on their hands. Not sure if this group alone could have prevented all the death/destruction? But certainly the other 2 groups on their own could have prevented liberal Supreme Court Justices from ever having their say.

I understood the meaning of the original pledge's wording as this:

The comparison is stupid, and offensive. Slavery is totally anomalous in a free society. . Those families were not free agents. A better one would have been to compare today with 1960. Free blacks in 1960 were doing much better. Even with the burden of racial segregation, blacks were better able to maintain family life.

The school from hell: Teachers fear for lives as students run amok (New York City

Just have the teacher up in front with an armed guard or two with 870s in the back. Take out a few each day and by th eend of the first week things improve, if not, continue the practice...great for student teacher ratios too.

Where are the parents? They are at home teaching their children hate. The children come to school with minds so full of hate they have a hard time learning anything new. It’s not just in Harlem. There are schools in the south where the students no longer even listen to the black teachers. The students say, “Don’t have to! Got Obama now!”

Why do we have to pay for animals to go to school?
When my dog gets dropped for play day at PetSmart, I don’t expect my fellow taxpayers to foot the bill.

I am always nonplussed about the situation with inner city schools. In that, in most of these schools, there are black teachers, black principals, and black administrators. Many of the cities have black mayors, and mostly black members of school boards overseeing the schools. So by definition, the problems in these schools are not due to racism, because the people running these schools are members of minority groups, just as the students are.
As to why such behavior is tolerated in these schools, God only knows. Except for those rare people, such as Joe Clark, the principal years ago at an inner city school who walked around with a bullhorn, and worked to instill discipline, too many people running these schools are unable/unwilling to instill discipline that the rest of us would take for granted in a school

The villain in the piece sounds like the principal, Rashaunda Shaw, with assists from the NAACP and teachers' union.
I wouldn't hire someone with a name like Rashaunda to work for my company, so I sure as hell wouldn't want my kid going to a school where this mutant is in any position of authority as a teacher or administrator.

Oh yeah. The other eighth-grade teacher in my school (there were only two), Mr. Lytle who was a Vietnam Vet, picked up a kid named Jamie and THREW him against a wall. I don't remember what Jamie had done, but Mr. Lytle seemed to be a pretty reasonable guy so I'm sure it wasn't for nothing.

When heredity and environment are bad, school is a waste of time and money. The frank realization that only custodial care need be given would help; i.e. physically large well trained guards giving lots of physical exercise.

Peorians living in fear (Racial Violence)

Summary: A mob of sixty or more black youths marched in one suburb of Chicago, chanting that they needed to kill the white people and take their neighborhood back, according to witnesses. It is also not being reported outside of Drudge and the right wing blogs currently.
They’re practicing for the election.

Why not behave this way? Why get a good education or job or anything else for that matter. When their whole life the government has provided them with everything.

The police....they sound like real cowards. they hear a riot and they bug out. Two brave cops show up but cant do squat because they were outnumbered.
Advice to people living there....move and do it quickly. If possible do a burnt earth thing behind you.
This is what Obama and Holder wanted.....thanks to them this country is nose-diving.

Visualize Election Day 2012 with roving bands intimidating any white person daring to go near any election site. Obama and the Chicago mob are not likely to want to go quietly.
